Made Especially for You

All personalised and custom-made pieces are carefully crafted to your specifications. Once production is complete, your selected shipping method will be applied to your order.

For example, if you choose Express Delivery, your jewellery will be dispatched using that service as soon as production has been completed.

Please Note

• Personalised jewellery requires 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
• Production times may be longer during busy periods and public holidays.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders containing personalised and non-personalised items will be shipped together.
• To receive non-personalised items sooner, please place separate orders.
• Returned parcels caused by incorrect address details may incur a re-delivery charge.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time

5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, UK Time)

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Warehouse Location

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Order Tracking

We know you're looking forward to receiving your Wonderofu jewellery. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery may be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Please inspect your parcel and its contents upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be cancelled.

Bank Holidays

We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays.

Orders due for delivery on a Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next available working day.
